GlobeskoolTerms of Service.
These terms cover your use of Globeskool, a product of OmniNomadLLC, a Wyoming, USA company. We have written them plainly, and they are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Using Globeskool means you agree to them.
The service
Globeskool offers a free Future Readiness Assessment and, when it opens, a learning platform for children aged 8 to 16. The assessment produces a personalized report based on the responses you provide. We may change or improve the service over time, and some features described on the site are still in development.
Who can use it
Globeskool is for parents and legal guardians. You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child the assessment is about. Children do not create accounts or use Globeskool on their own: an adult completes the assessment and manages everything on the child's behalf.
The trial offer
The paid plan and its trial are not yet available. While Globeskool is in its coming-soon phase, no purchase is taken and no subscription is active. When the trial opens, the terms that apply to it, including price, length, renewal, and how to cancel, will be shown to you before you commit to anything.
Acceptable use
Please use Globeskool as intended: for your own family. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or misuse the service, do not submit another family's information as your own, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that puts other families or the service at risk.
Disclaimers
A helpful starting picture, not a diagnosis.
The assessment and report are intended to be helpful, not definitive. They are not medical, psychological, or educational diagnoses and should not be treated as such. The service is provided on an as-is basis while we continue to build it, and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Globeskool and OmniNomadLLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. The free assessment and report are provided without warranty. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your privacy
How we collect, use, and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we never advertise to your child. For anything about your data, see that page or email privacy@globeskool.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Globeskool grows. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page, and for any change that materially affects your rights, we will make it clear before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Globeskool is a US service and is not available in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the EEA, or Switzerland.
